Lake Lynn Kids: A Place to Come Home and Grow

At Lake Lynn, we believe church should feel like home, especially for your kids. From babies in the nursery to 5th graders in Children’s Church, every child is loved, safe, and encouraged to grow in their faith. Our goal is simple: to help kids know Jesus, build friendships, and feel like they belong.

Sunday mornings are the heart of Lake Lynn Kids. At 9:45 AM, we have Sunday School for all ages, where kids learn about the Bible in fun, age-appropriate ways. During the 11:00 AM worship service, children join their families for the start of worship and are then dismissed for Children’s Church, a time of songs, Bible stories, and activities. For our youngest ones, we have a caring nursery available during both hours.

We take safety seriously. Every volunteer is background checked, and we use a simple check-in process so parents can relax knowing their kids are in good hands.

Throughout the year, we host Vacation Bible School, family events, and special activities that make learning about God exciting and memorable. Everything we do helps kids experience God’s Kingdom, grow as disciples, and feel at home in the church family.

What ages is Lake Lynn Kids for? +
Lake Lynn Kids is for children from nursery through 5th grade. Every age group has its own space and activities designed just for them, so your child is always with kids their own age learning in a way that fits where they are.
Is the check-in process secure? +
Yes. Your child's safety is our priority. We use a secure check-in system, and children are only released to the parent or guardian who dropped them off. You'll have peace of mind to worship knowing your kids are in good hands.
Are your volunteers safe and screened? +
Yes. Every person who serves with our children goes through a screening process before they're allowed to work with kids. Our volunteers are caring, trained, and here because they love helping children know Jesus.
What will my child actually do? +
Your child will enjoy fun games, hands-on activities, and Bible lessons taught in a way they can understand and enjoy. We want kids to have a blast and walk away knowing that God loves them. It's a place where learning about Jesus feels exciting, not boring.
What if my child is nervous or it's their first time? +
That's completely normal and we're ready for it. Our volunteers are great with first-time kids and will help your child feel welcome and comfortable. You're also welcome to stay and help them settle in. We want every child to feel safe before you head to the service.
Can my child stay with me in the service instead? +
Absolutely. If you'd rather keep your child with you in the worship service, that's always welcome. There's no pressure either way. You know your child best, and we're glad to have them however you're most comfortable.
Where do I check my kids in when we arrive? +
When you get here, just let someone at the door know it's your first time and we'll walk you straight to the check-in area and help you get your kids settled. You won't have to figure it out on your own.
