God Fixed the Game Before You Knew You Needed Him
God was not surprised by any of this.
Not by Adam and Eve at the tree. Not by the cross. Not by the empty tomb. He did not scramble at the last minute to put together a rescue plan. The resurrection is not Plan B. It is the on-time delivery of something God set in motion before the foundation of the world.
Think about that. Before you were born, God already knew every mistake you would make. Every sin. Every moment you would turn away from Him. And He already made a way back before you ever needed it.
That is what the empty tomb proves. It proves that God’s plan worked exactly the way He designed it to work. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15 that if Christ had not been raised, our faith is futile and we are still in our sins. But He was raised. Historically, verifiably, provably raised. Over 500 people saw Him alive after the crucifixion. He ate food in front of them. He showed them His hands and His side. He was not a ghost. He was the risen Christ in the flesh.
And because He rose, Romans 4:25 tells us He was raised for our justification. The debt is paid. The receipt is the empty tomb.
Here is what I want you to take away from this. God is too good to be unkind and too wise to be mistaken. He fixed your sin problem before you were born. He can handle whatever you are facing today. Stop treating Him like He is scrambling to keep up with your life. He is already ahead of you. He always has been.
The tomb is empty. That means He won. And because He won, so do you.
