Why We Have a Crisis of Manhood (And Why More Rules Won’t Fix It)

For decades, people have debated what is wrong with men.

Some blame culture.

Some blame absent fathers.

Some blame technology.

Some blame the church.

While all of those factors matter, the deeper issue is spiritual.

The problem is not that men have forgotten how to be masculine.

The problem is that many men have forgotten how to be humble.

The first mark of biblical manhood in Psalm 112 is not leadership, strength, provision, or influence.

It is the fear of the Lord.

Modern culture often encourages men to become the center of their own universe. Follow your heart. Trust yourself. Build your own truth.

Scripture points us in the opposite direction.

A healthy man is a man who recognizes he is not God.

That realization changes everything.

When men fear God, they become better husbands, fathers, friends, employees, and leaders. Humility creates the foundation that pride can never build.

The future of manhood will not be restored through stronger personalities.

It will be restored through deeper surrender.
